Fjällräven Kanken

I made a bold choice recently and I’ve never been happier. My pink fjällräven kanken has been the perfect bag to bring to school or to New York City. Recently bags like Hershel and Fjällräven Kanken have become an easy alternative to purses which compliment dressy outfits. Bookbags are evident in street style outfits  often seen in citylike atmospheres. I’ve recently started a fashion Instagram account to follow bloggers who use Instagram as their platform to show their style. This Instagram account will be for pictures I haven’t posted on my blog and it’s called @loserwhowears. I haven’t been posting much recently since junior year is draining me and I don’t want this blog to become a job. I promise to keep posting about finding a personal style and I’ll resume my weekly schedule in October.

In this outfit, I wore my BDG mom jeans with a striped shirt from Brandy Melville. I added a pair of comfortable sandals from Forever 21.

I wore this outfit to the Manus X Machina exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum and I was amazed by the inspiring dresses and haute couture. Reading about the dresses and looking at the works of impressionable designers such as Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Dior created an enticing experience.

It’s really difficult to find a passion that’s worth putting all your life’s work in. Sometimes it doesn’t seem plausible to pursue a certain passion, which deters many of us from what we want to do.
